Tom Wolf’s 2019-20 budget proposal, which calls for $1.4 billion in increased spending:
HARRISBURG – As part of the opening of the 203rd Session of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, Rep. Mike Jones (R-York Township) was sworn-in to begin his first term serving the 93rd Legislative District in the state House. The day’s proceedings also featured the formal re-election of Rep. Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny) as speaker of the House, as well as consideration of rules that will govern the body for the 2019-20 term.
WHAT: Rep.-elect Mike Jones (R-York Township) will take the oath of office as state representative of the 93rd Legislative District.
YORK TOWNSHIP – While state Rep.-elect Mike Jones (R-York) has yet to be sworn into office, his district office at 305 Leader Heights Road is open for residents of the 93rd Legislative District.
